Email that honors every unsubscribe Email Core

The email service some of our apps send through, including Ministry OS when no Gmail account is connected. It skips anyone who unsubscribed, won't send a retried email twice and holds big campaigns for a person to approve.

About Email Core

When someone unsubscribes from an email sent through Email Core, no app that uses Email Core can write to them again. Pure Water Automations built Email Core for its own apps, and Ministry OS uses it when the sender has not connected a Gmail account.

When Ministry OS hands Email Core a message, Email Core checks the address against its do-not-email list, sends it and records what happens next, such as an email that could not be delivered, an open or a click.

What Email Core does

  • A do-not-email list that keeps itself current

Unsubscribes, addresses that no longer work and spam reports are added automatically, and every send is checked against the list.

  • One send, one email

When an app retries a send, Email Core recognizes it and does not send it again.

  • Large campaigns wait for approval

A campaign larger than its set limit waits until a person approves it.

  • One-click unsubscribe

The unsubscribe link adds the person to the do-not-email list.

  • Permissions for each app

We set which kinds of email each app may send, such as one-off messages or campaigns.

  • Separate contacts for each organization

Contacts, tags and consent records are kept in separate workspaces, one for each organization we send for.

Questions about Email Core

Can AI send an email on its own?

No. Email Core's AI writes a draft and hands it back, and there is no way for that draft to be sent automatically.
