About FFWPU Courses

FFWPU Courses lets Family Fed USA members take courses, pass a knowledge check to open each module and earn a numbered certificate. Pure Water Automations is building this members-only course and community platform, and it is still in development. Administrators decide who joins and which courses each member takes, and members discuss each lesson and join live study calls.

Nobody pays for a course; an administrator grants access. A course can require another course first, and a member cannot ask to join it until they have finished that one.

Members get a reminder before a study call starts, and they can report a post. An administrator can bring back a post that was deleted.

Anyone who leaves can first download everything the platform holds about them. Closing an account removes their name and contact details and keeps the conversation they took part in, so the threads still make sense.

What FFWPU Courses does

  • Administrators choose who takes each course

    An administrator assigns a course to one member or a whole community, and members can ask to join any course that accepts requests.

  • Modules that open in order

    Each module opens after the member passes the previous module's knowledge check (80 percent by default), or finishes its lessons when there is no check. An administrator can also hold a module until a set date or a set number of days after the member enrolls.

  • Knowledge checks and certificates

    Members review their answers and can retake a check. Finishing a course issues a numbered certificate that anyone can verify online.

  • Study calls and a member community

    Members talk in the community's discussion spaces, RSVP to live study calls, add them to a calendar, and can watch the recording afterwards when one is posted.

  • A view of who is studying

    Administrators see weekly activity, how far members typically are in each course, and who has not finished a lesson in two weeks. Every chart is also shown as a table, and the progress report downloads as a spreadsheet file.

  • Draft courses from a YouTube playlist

    An administrator can ask ChatGPT or Claude to turn a YouTube playlist into a draft course with one lesson per video. Members see nothing until an administrator publishes it.

  • Screens in four languages, English finished

    The screens and emails are finished in English. Korean, Japanese and Spanish versions are drafted and waiting for a translation review. Each course stays in the language it was written in, and members can filter the course library by that language.

Questions about FFWPU Courses

Can AI publish a course to members on its own?

No. A course built from a YouTube playlist arrives as a draft, and members cannot see it until an administrator publishes it. AI-drafted knowledge-check questions also need a person to confirm them before they replace a module's check.

Who can sign up?

Only people an administrator approves. Someone can request an account, and signing in with Google never creates one by itself.
