About Operation COMEBACK Console
Regional church leaders can see 18 Northeast communities ranked on growth in giving, active members and Blessing in the Operation COMEBACK Console, a proof-of-concept scoreboard that Pure Water Automations built. The standings come from the regional Google Sheet its leaders update, and each community's pastor can open a console with a level, score gauges, an attendance chart, badges and coaching tips.
Why we built Operation COMEBACK Console
Operation COMEBACK leaders already recorded each community's giving, active members and Blessing numbers in a regional Google Sheet. The console had to score the campaign from that sheet, so nobody keeps a second copy.
How Operation COMEBACK Console works
The standings page ranks all 18 communities for each trimester, and a menu lets leaders look back at any month. A rulebook page explains how points are scored, and a member counts as active after three or more attendances in the last three months.
Nobody types numbers into the console. Attendance, guest follow-up and outreach moved out of this console and into Ministry OS, where guest follow-up is still in beta. This console keeps the campaign scoreboard.
What Operation COMEBACK Console does
League standings
All 18 communities ranked for the trimester, with the current leader highlighted and a rulebook that explains the scoring.
Scored on their own growth
Points come from each community's growth over its own starting baseline, so a small community can outscore a large one.
Awards ceremony
Award categories and prizes that an administrator sets up, with every finalized result recorded.
Pastor console
A one-page view for each community's pastor, with score gauges, a Sunday attendance chart, badges and coaching tips.
Levels and badges
Each community levels up as its points grow and earns badges, for example when its giving meets its target.
Works with Ministry OS
Attendance and outreach moved to Ministry OS, along with guest follow-up, which is still in beta there. This console keeps the scoreboard.
Questions about Operation COMEBACK Console
Do leaders have to enter their numbers twice?
No. The standings are built from the regional Google Sheet, so there is nothing extra to type in.
Can I try the Operation COMEBACK Console?
It is a proof of concept, so we don't list a public link. Ask for a walkthrough on your free assessment call.
