About VA World

Walk your avatar up to a teammate in VA World and your audio and video connect. VA World is a 2D virtual office Pure Water Automations built for its remote team of virtual assistants, with private meeting rooms, an event stage where everyone hears the speaker at the podium, a quiz hall and live moderation.

On the open floor, a teammate's voice gets louder as you walk closer and fades as you walk away. Inside a meeting room, everyone hears everyone else at full volume. On the stage, the person at the podium speaks to the whole audience, and everyone else listens.

Doors on the map lead inside, to spaces such as Sales Interior and Ops HQ. Names come from our VA Management Console, so nobody keeps a second team list.

Admins lay out the office by hand in the map editor, or have an AI assistant draft it.

What VA World does

  • Talk by walking up

    Walk up to a teammate and the audio and video connect. Walk away and the sound fades.

  • Meeting rooms and a stage

    Private meeting rooms, and an event stage with a podium for talks.

  • Quiz hall

    A host runs quizzes with lettered answer pads and team zones.

  • Names from the team console

    Each avatar shows the person's name and pay tier from the VA Management Console. VA World never changes those records.

  • Your own pixel-art character

    Turn a photo into a walking pixel-art character, or pick one from a gallery of 200.

  • Live moderation

    From one list, an admin can mute someone, send them to the podium, the open floor, the stage or a meeting room, or remove them.

  • Maps drafted with AI

    Describe your office to an AI assistant such as Claude. It drafts a floor plan for you to check, then builds the map when you say so.

Questions about VA World

Are there per-minute fees for the video calls?

No. VA World runs on a video server we host ourselves, so there are no per-minute fees.

What happens if someone's internet drops?

VA World holds their place for 30 seconds and reconnects them on its own, along with their audio and video.
